Barn Stall

$650 + Hay Cost with 1/2 day turnout

Our generous sized stalls (12×16) are fully matted and include shavings. Horses are housed in the bright and airy barn designed to provide optimal air flow and temperature control through all four seasons. Each stall features seven foot high welded wire panel walls between horses to minimize conversation.

Private Paddock

$400 + Hay Cost

Each pasture has sand footing and at least one oak tree for shade. Most of the pastures are 60% shade. There is automatic water in each pasture, hay mats and bins, as well as buckets for grain. Weekly cleaning included.

Rehab & Daily Care

Let our staff help you with caring for your horse. We work with local vets and farriers to provide services for our boarding horses. We can administer your horse’s rehabilitation program and provide daily grooming and exercise.

HAVE QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

Does your barn focus on a specific riding discipline?

We run a multi-discipline facility and have riding areas for all types. We have a large jumping and dressage arena on site, a round pen, and trails adjacent to the property.

Do you offer a training program?

We do not have an on site trainer. We can recommend several excellent professionals that we work with within 10 minutes of our barn or you can arrange to have your trainer visit Sage and Spur Ranch.

Do the paddocks have shelters?

Our paddocks do not have shelters. The oak tree cover provides excellent shade and rain protection and the paddocks are located in the most moderate microclimate on the property. We blanket the horses during wet or cold conditions.

How does the hay charge work?

We bill the feed costs for each horse separately from the board costs. This allows are clients to choose any type of feed for their horses and completely customize their program. Reach out to us for current feed rates.
